Dr. Ginpreet Kaur has completed her M Pharm (Pharmacology) from Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and research (DIPSAR), Delhi University and PhD from SPP SPTM SVKM NMIMS University.She has executed research projects  in the area of neuropharmacology and Metabolic Syndrome 

Interest areas:

  • Screening of different synthetic and herbal medicines used for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease
  • Exploring the effects of nutraceuticals in Metabolic Syndrome.
  • Screening of antidiabetic and Anticancer activity using cell lines.
  • Exploring the role of Phytopharmacology in zebrafish model.

Completed Ethix Pharma funded project entitled Memory enhancing effect of test product by amyloid beta (Aβ1-42) induced cognitive impairment in aged rats of Rs 2,21,200, 2months,  March 2022.

  1. Best Oral Presentation Award for paper entitled "Zebrafish model for Iron Induced Alzheimer's Disease” was presented at 6th Nirma Institute of Pharmacy International Conference Jointly Organized with Indian Pharmacological Society, February 17-19, 2022.
  2. Prof C.C Kartha travel award for Oral Presentation during International Conference of Cardiovascular Sciences (ICCS-2020) from February 21–23, 2020, at Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University, Delhi .
