SPPSPTM’s Alumni Cell under the valuable guidance of Dr. Saritha Shetty, Mr. Ashutosh Ohja, and Ms. Shweta Mishra engaged in a fruitful collaboration with our esteemed Alumna of batch 2012, Ms. Anusha Sundaram, currently working as a Strategic Account Manager for Freyr Solutions - catering to European clients and having a vast array of work experience in varied companies and divisions all through her career path. Ms. Anusha has secured her Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from NMIMS University and moved on to pursue a Global MBA in Healthcare Management and Marketing from the renowned Johns Hopkins University. This marked the beginning of her diverse range of roles like international pharmaceutical business & marketing including brand management, product management, organization marketing, customer relationship management to name a few, enabling her to gain valuable expertise in multiple domains.
This online informative session titled ‘Career Edge: Boost your Resume and Unlock Corporate Work-Life’ began at 11 AM via Zoom Meetings, with a brief introduction of our host’s journey through her professional life wherein she focused on how having this wide range of experiences has actually given her a chance to embrace different work cultures and gain crucial knowledge of different sectors. According to her, this helped her identify her strengths and weaknesses and work on them to polish her path. The session proceeded with her conducting live reviews of a few resumes as she highlighted certain tips and tricks to help boost the quality of students’ CV’s as they prepare for their work life to take shape.
Ms. Anusha later continued to have a live Q&A session with the audience wherein she answered a collection of career-related questions in an easy-to-grasp and precise manner. Our lively audience of approximately 50 students diligently attended this thrilling session and clarified their doubts, ready to tackle future interviews and build their CVs. Our enthusiastic host represented a humble and welcoming approach towards every student’s questions and posed a realistic outlook on corporate life in the industry. We are truly delighted to have her grace us with her expertise!
The team then took the opportunity to extend our heartfelt gratitude to her, for her presence and precious imparting of knowledge, along with the solid advice she implemented through her responses.
