Experience: 14 years (Industry - 2 years, Academics - 12 years).

She served as Scientist in Analytical R&D at Syngene Intl. Pvt. Ltd. (A Biocon Group), Bangalore. Completed projects of major client like Baxter ACC – (Baxter Anesthesia Critical Care, New Jersey, USA) for analytical method development and validation using HPLC and GC as per ICH guidelines (Handled Baxter projects).

Currently, being an academician she is into teaching of both UG and PG students. She has held responsibilities like In-charge of Examination committee, Discipline committee, Student Grievance committee, Blackboard Committee and Sports committee. She served as Member of Board of Studies. Currently she serves as In-charge of alumni cell and women development cell.

She was invited as a guest speaker at Sandoz Pvt. Ltd., Sandoz Knowledge Centre, C.U. Shah College of Pharmacy, SVKM's Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Pharmacy, MET College of Pharmacy to name few. Invited as a Jury member in various Intercollegiate competitions, International and National conferences .

She has organized various workshops and skill building activities for faculty members and PG students. She has hosted SVKM’s NMIMS Convocation, DST Inspire Internship Science Camp (2014), National Conference (NCNDDR)2015 and Artificial Intelligence International Conference- 2016.

·Recipient of Best Poster presentation award in 68th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress held at Andhra University on December 16-18, 2016, at Vishakhapatnam, India.

·Invited as a speaker amongst various eminent scientists worldwide at Chromatographic Society’s two day conference on ‘Analytical Challenges and solutions for difficult pharmaceutical molecules’, held at The GlaxoSmithKline R&D laboratories at Ware, Hertfordshire, UK from 10-11 November, 2015.

·Recipient for the Travel Grant award from INSA and CICS in November 2015 for International symposium at GSK.

·Recipient of Best Teaching Award for the year 2013-2014, honored by SVKM’s NMIMS.

·Recipient of DBT Travel grant recommended for attending Controlled Release Society, Portland, US, International conference to present a research paper in June 2010.
