After B Pharm, he worked at Inventia Healthcare, Mumbai as Production officer for spansule manufacturing. Later on in F&D at Flamingo Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Ajanta Pharma Ltd as Research Associate where bilayer tablets, nasal sprays were developed and scaled up at plant level. During his masters, he worked at Radiation Medicine Centre, BARC, and Mumbai as a Research Trainee on radiopharmaceutical encapsulated liposomes. After post-graduation he worked as Development Scientist at ACG Worldwide (CCPL) in design and development of gelatin, hypromellose, enteric capsule shells and novel dosing applicators for rats to study preclinical development as well as validation of Capsule Filling Machines. He has also worked as a lecturer in Pharmaceutics at Kamla Nehru College of Pharmacy, Nagpur. During his doctoral study, he worked on metal nanoparticles, cell culture and on surface plasma functionalized gene delivery. He has also worked at the Seoul National University, South Korea as Indo-Korea Research Intern in the field of polymeric nanoparticles for gene delivery and tissue engineering.
