At industry level worked with leading pharmaceutical companies like GSK, Unichem, Bilological E.Ltd ,Emcure in Indian Pharma market and Zenaust Pty Ltd as a Country Manager (Cambodia) Joined academics in March 2009 -with M.M.University, as an Associate Professor and was incharge of BBA and MBA programs. In 2012 joined IIHMR University as an Associate Professor and got elevated as an Assistant Dean in the School of Pharmaceutical Management. Have done various capacity building programs in domestic Indian Pharma market and also for leading Bangladesh Pharmaceutical companies. An active writer and publisher in the Print media and Social Media. In print Media articles have been published in – Bio-Spectrum, Pharma focus, Pharma biz, Business World, Daily Guardian, Healthcare world, Silicon India, Dainik Bhaskar, Rajasthan Patrika, Pharma World (Bangladesh).
