SPPSPTM FACULTY RECEIVED FIRST PRIZE FOR ORAL PRESENTATION AT UPDATE AYURVEDA 2014

Dr. Kalyani Barve, Assistant Professor, SPPSPTM got First Prize for Oral Presentation for the paper entitled "Hridayavarga aushadhi, Carissa carandas: Evaluation of its antihypertensive activity” at the Update Ayurveda 2014 , with the theme Technology Meets Tradition, at TNMC & BYL Nair Ch. Hospital, Mumbai, from 11th to 13th December 2014. She had presented research work done at SPPSPTM by Mr. Tejus Rami, M.Pharm. student under her guidance.

The conference is held every four years by Dr. Sharidini Dahanukar Advanced Centre for Ayurveda Research, Training and Services, Department of Clinical Pharmacology, TN Medical College and BYL Nair Ch. Hospital, Mumbai. There were 200 plus participants with 57 delegates presenting papers in the oral session.
