BLOOD DONATION CAMP

A Blood Donation Camp, organized by the Rx committee was held at Shobhaben Pratapbhai Patel School of Pharmacy &Technology Management, NMIMS at Vile Parle in collaboration with J.J. Mahanagar Blood Bank.

Faculty members, students and staff members above the age of 18 and general public participated in the camp. Of the 235 donors who were willing to donate blood for the cause, 73 donors were selected for blood donation on basis. The collected blood was then sent to the blood bank. Every donor received refreshments a certificate of donation and a donor card which would help them in the future to ease their requirement for blood in case of any emergency. The camp wrapped up at 5:00 p.m. All the collected blood was sent to the blood bank.
