Fresher’s party is a platform to celebrate the beginning of a milestone in the fresher’s life. The organizing committee of Isthmus-Urjja and second year students of SPPSPTM SVKM’S NMIMS, Mumbai left no stone unturned to make Fresher’s party on September 24, 2016 an unforgettable evening. The event with the theme "Kings of Spades and Queens of Hearts” witnessed a dazzling crowd with great enthusiasm and spontaneity.
The event commenced with a heart-warming welcoming of all the 1st years by the hosts of the show followed by some fun games including those of falling cups, balloon busters and sweet, old Antakshari with a fun twist. Mr. and Ms. Fresher competition was the attraction of the evening. The title of Mr. Fresher was bestowed on Mr. Omkar Joglekar, 1st year B.Pharm and Ms. Fresher was bestowed on Ms. Simran Malhotra, 1st year B.Pharm + MBA (Pharma Tech.).
Prizes for the Best-dressed male and female were awarded to Mr. Aarav Sanggvi and Ms. Palak Bhavishi from 1st year B.Pharm + MBA (Pharma Tech.), respectively.
