On the 20th of August 2024, Kshamta, the social responsibility forum of SPP-SPTM SVKM's NMIMS, arranged its first event of the academic year 2023-2024: "Karuna”.
In a noble effort to save lives, Kshamta SRF organized the first-ever blood donation drive of SPP-SPTM in collaboration with Cooper Hospital. This initiative encouraged students and faculty alike to donate a "bag of blood which could be a lifeline for someone”.
With a grand total of 111 enthusiastic donors including Dr. Meena Chintamaneni, the Pro-Vice Chancellor of NMIMS, the event transpired to be a proud victory for Kshamta! "Karuna” jump-started the academic year with its invigorating success, filling the hearts of all its on-lookers with optimism.
