Kshamta is a social responsibility forum at SPP-SPTM SVKM’S NMIMS that has been arranging events for the welfare of the public for the past eight years. Aarogya is their flagship event, providing free health check-ups. It’s a day of hope, help and health where diseases are cured while souls are healed. The event was held on March 18th at Lodhiyawadi Hall, Juhu, and doctors from various fields of medicine were invited to be a part of this noble cause. Kshamta reached out to many NGOs and social work organizations to be a part of the free medical check-up camp, which had 500+ children and several NGOs attending. The event was inaugurated by the Dean of SPPSPTM, and the chief guests were Dr. Parthiv Patel, senior surgeon at Nanavati hospital and Aarogyanidhi Hospital. Free medicines and supplements were dispensed, and sanitary napkins were distributed among women.
