Functioning as our trusted Medicine Experts, they operate as the backbone of the Healthcare System. Working with multiple medical professionals like Surgeons, Physicians and Nurses, Pharmacists make accurate decisions regarding product formulations, administration of drugs, therapeutic effects, etc. In today’s advanced global scenario, constant research via clinical studies and developmental procedures are worked upon by these experts!
The inaugural address was delivered by Dr. Bala Prabhakar, Dean, SPPSPTM, followed by a session of Chief Guest covering current trends in the industry and vital insights on his personal experiences. Subsequently, the zealous winners of the Pharmacists' Quiz, testing students on their general know-hows of the field, were awarded for their outstanding performance. Anika Shetty and Pooja Shah secured first place, Kashish Desai and Sanya Jain grabbed second position and Karuna Sathe and Shivani Shah bagged the the third position. The event ended with Pharmacists' Oath recited by Dr. Divya Suares, Assistant Professor.
