On November 10, 2024, Kshamta, the social responsibility forum of SPP-SPTM SVKM’s NMIMS, pioneered its first career-counseling event, "Vidya.”
In the spirit of disseminating "Vidya”, team Kshamta provided insightful career advice to students from the NGO Asha Foundation. The event entailed several speaker sessions conducted by a lawyer, a career counselor, and a mental health professional who offered pertinent guidance to the students. The future professionals were then invited to visit stalls organized by Kshamta members which educated them on various fields ranging from all those encompassed by science, commerce, and humanities. The students were provided with folders filled with pens as a leaving gift to cement their future success.
The event proved to be extremely fruitful, observing the collaboration of professionals and committee members to educate the next generation.
"Vidya” left all attendees with a sense of hope and enlightenment. Its inspirational value assured success for those seeking to make critical life decisions.
